Life as we know it.

Tomorrow is a day where my small people will celebrate their days, the days that they were born, the days that changed my life forever, the best days of my life.  Time is precious and they do grow fast, bullet fast, so quick that you want to grab them and say woooooahhhh slow down what's the rush.  I have said this before and I know I will say it again, cherish them, hard and heavy because before you know it they no longer want you to walk them to the bus, choose their outfits, kiss them in public, they grow and you wonder where the time went.  Happy birthday precious girls xxx mummy Could there be a more precious bump, soon to be a mummy (again).  Best of luck meeting your beautiful king prawn xxx

Bless thee

The way they wiggle, the way their perfect little lips pout together.  The delicate fingernails and their curly toes.  Nothing is more precious and more blessed.  I think I am incredibly lucky to spend time to capture these moments.  Each bundle is different, but one thing is true, its impossible not to love them with every inch of your soul.  How bless'd they are. Those times PART I

You know there are those times when you see something, something extraordinary, something that makes your skin get goosebumps and all you wish to do is take a picture of that something to remember it by.  This utterly amazing country is FULL of these somethings, mountains covered in snow, trees turning the most awesome color of red, continuous fields of flowers.  Sometimes its best to just look at breathe it in.  I have tried on numerous occasions to record these masterpieces on the back of my camera however it just never looks like I see it. A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be part of something special, the marriage of two people 100% in love, soul mates.  Andrew and Michelle your love for one another is obvious, desperately so.  Thank you for sharing your day..... thank you.

Receptions are always my favorite, this is when the nerves somewhat subside, the dancing shoes come on and everyone remembers why they are here.

Moments in time.

There are moments in time that you wish would last forever.   This week was a week I want to hold on to and cherish.   This week was filled with those moments. Breezy

Its been breezy, I feel like I can take deep breaths and re asses my world around.  Its a great feeling, almost relief.  Its my time to dream, think of new ideas, plan, make contact with people I should have made contact with a long time ago.  Remind yourselves that your important, its essential!!!  So over the next while I may pull out a few tricks and perhaps introduce my photo a day again... why not??? In the meantime could Autumn (fall) be anymore beautiful?

It has almost been a year, oh how time flies!!  I stepped off the plane with excitement and anticipation, I was meeting people I looked up to, people who I now proudly call my friends, some of Australia's best!!  Inspire me 2009 was a  collection of AWESOME photographers getting together sharing their knowledge, jokes, challenges, and 2010 is going to be just as great!!   I am now counting down the days, hours, minutes, when I can completely submerge myself in the presence of other like minded characters... who you ask??? Falling without wings

Babies, babies every where.  I seriously can't get enough of them.  Its perhaps due to the fact that I know Quinn was my last.  Its a door I am closing and to be honest its heartbreaking.  I would have hundreds more, thousands even... but alas!!!  However I was blessed with 3 beautiful children who bring me joy each and every day so I'm not complaining... not at all!!! And one of the prettiest babies in the world!!!  Nicola and John congrats on a true beauty who I know will bring you oodles of joy. xxx
